Pole Fitness
Our Pole Fitness classes are an hour long and really work all areas of the body. This is a tough class that is well worth the pain.
You will work on different areas of the body and train to really work on all of your muscle groups. You will stretch between exercises to improve flexibility, improve your pole dancing and help prevent injury. While pole dancing is incorporated into elements of the pole fitness class, fitness training is the main focus. You do not need to have any prior pole dance training as individual training is given specific to your own level. All levels are welcome as you can push your body to different strengths to suit your own capability.
Example Session Structure:
- Warm Up
- Circuit Training – From pole to pole with specific training exercises
- Stretching
- Pole Specific Training – Exercises specific to the pole. Focus on arms, legs and abs
- Stretching
- Individual Training – Pole specific moves – Exercising at a level appropriate to you
- Cool Down
