Pole Dancing is fast becoming a widely popular form of dancing and exercise. Our course teach moves on the pole from the basic through to the expert moves. You will learn walks, spins, poses, inverts (go upside down) and learn combinations and routines.

Every class will teach you 2 or 3 moves, as well as working on moves from the previous weeks, which will become part of a small routine. By the end of each 6 week course you will have put together a longer routine using the moves that you have learnt on the course. We will teach you right from the very basics so you can work on your strength and posture which will help you when you are working towards the harder moves and routines.

All of our courses are 6 weeks long. After each level you have the option to repeat the level and get more confident with the moves, and improve your strength and skill. If you feel ready to move to the next level there will be a class suitable for you. Levels are based on difficulty and will be awarded after successful completion of the moves on the course.

Our Levels:

Level One: Walks, Poses, Basic Spins and Routines

Level Two: Harder Spins, Climbs and Routines

Level Three: Harder Spins and Combinations, Harder Climbs, Basic Inverts and Climbs and Routines

Level Four: More Difficult Inverts and Upside Down Moves and Poses and longer Routines

Level Five: Very advanced climbs and inverts, with complicated Routines

 (All classes include body strengthening and conditioning)
