Pilates Classes

Pilates in NorwichLengthen and strengthen the body whilst improving core stability and posture using a series of mat based Pilates exercises. Natasha’s classes are suitable for all abilities and numbers kept small to assist in accuracy of movement, tailoring moves to your body’s capabilities. Originally designed to rehabilitate injuries and assist in improving natural postural defects, Pilates is a low impact form of exercise which everyone can benefit from.
